Jornada Interior (Inner Journey) is an informative website meant to promote mental health and peace, with a transpersonal, humanistic, systemic and holistic approach. It won’t concentrate in mental health only but all the other spheres that contribute to maintain or achieve it. This website was created and is maintained by Messias Nascimento, psychologist with specialization in psychology and health, hospital psychology (Brazil – São Paulo). For decades has been learning transpersonal psychology, practicing meditation and other forms of self-exploratory exercises. The psychologist Messias Nascimento left Brazil and now works already for many years in The Netherlands at his own practice Vida Criativa Praktijk - 2013 giving personal or business coaching and counselling sessions.
